Portal Build *In Progress*

I posted my build on PCPP and they told me to put this on here:

 

This will be my first PC build. I am going to be using it for mostly gaming. My friend is giving me his XSPC Raystorm RX360 kit so that is a big plus! I am going with a portal theme as my gf and I love playing it. I have purchased 7/16" ID PVC tubing in White/OJ/Blue to mimic the propulsion gel and I will be adding OJ LED fans in the front of the Phanteks Pro case and the Raystorm Kit has blue LED fans to mimic the portals. I got the Sabertooth motherboard because it goes with the White look and the Ram that I purchased is actually blue so it will pop nicely. I will also be adding some Aperture Science logos to the window and something on the side of the case without the window. Not sure on that just yet but i'll brainstorm.

 

I mostly play WoW and LoL and will be delving into Overwatch. With E3 just passing and basically all Xbox exclusives coming to Windows 10, this will help with that as well!

 

I'm gonna go ahead and build it and then pop in a RX 480 when it comes out. Any tips would greatly help!

Hahaha! Love it. But I think the window is really gonna take this PC to the next level. The Phanteks case has tons of cable management and even a mount for the reservoir.

Not really a fan of the nzxt case to be honest, I think this build is a lot better, although I don't know what components are inside that PC, could have 1080 SLI for all I know. Wish I had the money to build a new PC RIP.

Just got the processor and MOBO in! Case comes on tonight. I'll be installing the water cooling and running a test on Friday and finish up on Saturday. Stay tuned!

Used the old graphics card to get measure around for the water cooling. LOL! That thing is hideous!Gonna have a white LED in the reservoir and a blue LED on the CPU block.
