I'm curious about your thread title "Tiny house enthusiasts".

 

You realise how big 2-5 acres of land is, right?

 

That's 8,093.71m² - 20,234.3m². That's freaking huge property. If you intend on building a tiny house (generally well under 1000 sqft), then you only need like 1% of the property you're looking for.

 

If you have other designs for the property? That's cool. Just pointing that out

When you say tiny house, I'm imagining a house small enough to be towed, but not quite an RV or a trailer. A tiny house on 2-5 acres sounds like a gross misuse of the property.

 

Hell, my parents live on a 3-acre lot with an 8 bedroom, 4.5 (3 half) bathroom house, a large garden, and a 30' pool, and still have a lot of the property empty.

Honestly if you're legitimately wanting to buy 2-5 acres of land in Minnesota, you should seriously just call a local realtor from Minnesota. Even if by chance any of us happened to be from Minnesota, we likely wouldn't even be able to tell you if such a piece of land was a good deal or not, nor be able to compare similar lot sizes to see price differences, or answer any of the numerous questions a serious land buyer would have.

I have 2.5 acres with 100ft of lake shore available in Isanti county. $250k

 

Doesn't make a ton of sense with a micro house but whatever.
