Posted June 16, 2016 Hi Guys, I sold of my Dell U3415W 3440x1440p monitor and I'm looking to buy another monitor and have come up with either Asus PG279Q or Acer XB271HU. Which will be a better monitor or should I go for a 4K monitor? 21:9 support for games are pathetic. I'm running x99 with titan x sli Share your opinions guys. Thanks! Posted June 16, 2016 Its a matter of choice between high fps (100+) or higher resolution. I am on the higher fps side, so I ended up not buying 4K monitor and went with 1440P instead (had Titan X and changed to 980ti SLi, Titan X in my workstation PC) Anyway, as for the comparison of those two monitors, ASUS PG279Q has lower input lag, which is very important to me at least, so I ended up getting this monitor and would recommend it.
