You need to list your rig specs before you ask for PSU recommendations.

Case = Bitfenix Prodigy, Motherboard = P8Z77 - I Deluxe, CPU = 3570k @ 4.2GHz, RAM = 2x 8GB G-Skill Ripjaws, GPU = Sapphire 7950 Boost Edition, Storage = 256GB Samsung 840 Pro.

im talking brand and specs and quality etc, im running a i5 3570k maybe OC it in future, will soon have a AMD HD7970 might oc that too, two 3.5inch 7200rpm HDD's, 8GB DDR3 1600mhz, two 140mm case fans, asus p8h61 motherboard and a 2m NZXT Sleeved LED Kit.

im talking brand and specs and quality etc, im running a i5 3570k maybe OC it in future, will soon have a AMD HD7970 might oc that too, two 3.5inch 7200rpm HDD's, 8GB DDR3 1600mhz, two 140mm case fans, asus p8h61 motherboard and a 2m NZXT Sleeved LED Kit.

Why are you using a 3570k with a H61 mobo? You can't oc and you might need a bios update to even use an Ivy cpu with that mobo.

P8H61-MX-USB3 built for ivy bridge mate i think it is plz check for me and i can oc it i think. one day i will upgrade though @WoodenMarker

I checked up on it. Looks good. You should be able to oc on it and Ivy will work fine.

Why Ivy though? Why not Haswell?

Looks like it will do what you need like oc'ing and supporting Ivy bridge.

ok, what happens if a system cant power its components by a bit? then by a lot? @WoodenMarker

The system will simply not boot or shut down if there isn't enough power.

If you're wondering, your entire system at 100% load should draw about 300-350w.

The specs you listed.

and if its close to using all power that the psu can deliver will it just lag lower than usual in fps? @WoodenMarker

The system will shut down if you draw too much.
