Try changing texture quality. Does this also happen in offline?

  1. Restart game
  2. Restart computer
  3. If steam, verify game files
  4. Reinstall

Nope. I happens to me when my GPU thermal throttles or it the game can be messed up.

Looks like the engine's having an issue streaming assets.

Try verifying cache if you haven't done so, and if that doesn't work, try moving the game to a different storage drive.

Try experemineting with setting etc. anything,like u see,everybody said it cant be fixed on my machine but i fixed it by going back and forward through settings.
