So as you might know or see in the sig, I'm running a netbook, which should be primarily for browsing the internet. But let me tell you one thing. It sucks at it.

And while hardware isn't that good, I could smoothly browse the web when I first got it in Oct 2012. So portion of this problem is hardware, but a portion of it is because the latest versions of popular browsers (such as Firefox or Chrome) consume hundreds of megabytes of RAM which makes my EeePC really struggle.

So I need a light and modern browser. IE is not an option because I already tried it, and it won't update to the latest version for some reason even tho I have Windows 7. So what do you recommend me?

I personally have used maxathon on a p4 on w10.
