Does anyone get this problem where you cast a video from a website the TV receive everything from sound and music but then mute the speaker?

basically I got chromecast and cast a video from a website from my computer to the TV. The video sound work coming from the TV, but then everything from my computer stop producing sound from the speaker. I tried reset my computer, reinstall the drivers and search on the web but no luck. In the volume controller it said there should be sound coming out but it not registering it in the speaker, however it does work with headphone. this only happen after I cast one video.

 

 

Would love to know how to resolve this issue...
