Advices on cooling the GPU woth my benchtable

Yeah, i'm playing 7554 with my i5 4460 and HD7950 non-OC. It reaches 60*C on my CPU and almost 80*C on my GPU, although my computer is in a room with A/C cooling. I have some ideas with 2 of my unused fans

1. It is ok to continue to play games with that Hd7950 running at 75-80*C and an Intel Stock heatsink on my i5 4460? 

2. I want to have 2 fan, 1 fan pushes air toward my GPU and the other does the same toward the CPU heatsink, like this

*I have a 2-fan version of HD7950, and 1 of them spinning slower than the other one, i put the fan on the weaking side

and im out of budget so please don't suggest me to buy water cooling kit or something

Some aftermarket coolers from Arctic should be good and cheap enough. Like
