PSU case get hot?

Does a PSU's case get hot? because its close to my pcie sleeved led kit's mainboard and the kits cable is touching the case?

It depends on the PSU and on the case it's inside. Server PSU's can get quite warm due to the small enclosure.

It can but not to a point of danger, burning, or any danger IF the PSU is a good quality one. However, if it's a bad brand, it can have possible problems.

If the case is hot enough for you to force your hand hand when you touch it then there is a problem.

It gets warm (TX650 V2) but I don't think it will be hot enough to burn stuff. I would try to get a little space between the cable and the psu case in order to avoid getting the LEDs warm.

It would depend on the PSU, of course it will get abit warm as metal conducts heat. But the severity of the heat differs as to how well it cools itself.
