pretty much I want to know that if I get the power supply I plan to will it be able to power all my parts even if I do quite a bit of overclocking on the CPU & GPU? also I plan to get a gtx 1070 and then in the future get another for sli, overclocking both. (I have 970s on the build since they have similar power consumption)

That PSU is plenty fine for what you want to do.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Yes it is enough. With single 970 the power draw can be up to 300W with OCed CPU, so another 970 should add 250W max which would result around 550w power draw.
