What are you using the fans for? 

What kind of dollars are you using?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16835494017 this is a good budget option I found, they are not as high quality but are cheaper, not any louder (+1dB) and have really good cfm ratings (aiflow) and no real negative reviews  7.99

But they are blue led (its 11.99 for plain ones)
