Sooooo you are complaining about it running too hot?

If so, then you probably have a bad Mount. let it run for an hour and see if the rad is getting hot.

That means there is a nice heat Transfer between CPU and Block. hows the airflow and what cooler/fans are you actually using in what case?

Don't expect magic. No ariflow = no cooling. The radiator is just soaking heat, rather than dissipate it.

Alright, in that case, run the radiator fans and the punp at max speed (connect them to 12V Molex directly or turn of any kind of fan control) and report back with the temps you found. While doing so, check the airflow through the radiator - with fans at max speed there should be a noticeable amount of warm air.

In addition, you might want to consider checking for a bad mount of your CPU block

I'm sorry, but if you have a Xeon and a water cooler, you are NOT poor. Couple that with bad phrasing, as well as a mistake so basic that it's hard to believe someone would actually do it, and it becomes really difficult for us to think you aren't trolling.

But whatever. Put your radiator in place of that small fan in the first picture, rather than at the top. And show us a picture of how you did it, so we can make sure you did it right.
