I have my parts for a custom loop in the mail, block's rad's pump etc from aquatuning.  And bitspower fittings from frozencpu.  Now I need to find a bending kit for the rigid tube.  I got bitspower 12mm OD tubing and all I really need now is the silicone that goes inside of it (frozencpu was out of the kit).  I have a heat gun and can probably manage from there.  Any suggestions?

Performance PCs should have what you need.

Make sure you bend slowly and keep checking for kinks or collapsing pipes, I have had to bend brass tubing before and I always filled it with sand to avoid it just collapsing, don't know how relevant that is to you but good luck

well, I'm in the states, and everything seams to be over seas.  Maybe I'll check amazon for the kit's you guys mentioned.  I have ordered from ekwb before, when I first set up this rig and now i'm stuck with two r9380 waterblocks because it will literally cost as much as they are worth to send them back.  I took the second card which was going to run me in crossfire back to micro center because crossfire was not happy most of the time, now I'm running one R9 Fury with the original 380 back in my other rig.  I guess my point is I don't want to spend just as much on shipping as a simple kit is worth.

Let me put it this way, a bending kit for brass costs quite a lot, above 400 for the sizes I was doing. I did it with an angle grinder, sand and a tin can filled with metho. the legit way isn't always the only way, if I were you I would use heat gun while turning slowly and jam some fine silica sand in. bending by hand may not be as accurate but you can always just heat it up again and keep going, I'd hazard a guess my way is more fun too :)

hmmm, that might be a good idea.  Do you need to plug the ends? What do you use to do that?

Just so you know, once you get bending, you'll realize you don't really need a kit for it. The silicone insert that come with some of the kits is very useful to keep the tube from collapsing but the bending devices themselves are useless. I myself use rope instead of the insert and a wrench socket instead of the tool. You can get all you need in a hardware store for less than 10€. All I'm trying to say is, don't spend more on the kit than you'd flush down the toilet.

Oh, you are in the states. :D In that case, you probably won't get the stuff with Euros. Anyhoo. Save your greenbacks for pizza.

I'm always trying to convert euro's to dollars in my head, used to be 1.5usd to 1euro (going off of top gear hyper car prices compared to American prices) But I think the USD and euro are almost even with all of the economic changes lately.  I watch a ton of stuff on youtube that talks about euro's so I'm trying to train my brain to understand euro's Canadian dollars and even the metric system, just not working so well.

I wasn't planning on a crazy kit, I have plenty of tools and odd's and end's that could work.  I just don't want the tube to collapse and I want to get clean cut's on the tubing.  I'm sure my hacksaw will work just fine, I can probably make a jig for straight cut's out of a 2x4 as well.  I don't think that silicone tube will be easy to find, I might have to give that sand bit a try, just seams like it will make it a little tougher and time intensive to do.

Not really, the silica sand is available at any good hardware store for use in sandblasting, Rope would probably  work too if you could find a good size. Hacksaw will be fine, I would use an oscillating tool if it were me but that's only because I have a few of them.

I'm just wondering if the sand would stick on the inside once the plastic is soft and hot.
