What do you mean it needs a case to use it ? I don't want my pc to look beautiful i want it to perform good. My question was generally can it make a problem like killing my components if it fails or something like that?

You can't put 2 psu's in most cases. A good psu is about 50. Buy one of those instead. Something like this will power any normal system. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA24G3RH5340&cm_re=seasonic-_-17-151-076-_-Product

Hey my PSU is fairly weak and i was wondering do you think that these new Add 2 PSU modules are worth it ? http://www.add2psu.com/

No need to get 2 PSUs, just replace it a better one..

For the record, two PSUs, especially if they're shitty (which they likely are if you're pairing them together and not using just one) is twice the fire hazard and twice the liability for system failure. Just use one singular PSU of good quality. An EVGA 750B2 can power damn near any system and is around 70 USD.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.

Well in my country things are much more expensive and 70 USD goes to 100 USD and not only that but when you make it in BGN it goes to 200 BGN. A normal wage here is 500 BGN so you can see why i am thinking of these strange and stupid methods.

Strange and stupid definitely describes it well. Austin Evans-ing a system together is not a good idea. Just saying.

Unless you have a case that supports two PSU, you probably going to have the secondary PSU outside of your case on top of your desk with all of its cables.

Also, it is advisable to have two independent regulated or DC-DC regulation PSUs in a dual PSU setup, as such a setup are typically put in a severe crossload scenario where there's a high 12V load with little to no load on the minor rails. The voltages on group regulated design (like the one you got) will behave erratically and even go out of specs. This can cause stability issues as well as put more strain on the VRMs as it need to work harder to compensate for the larger oscillation and thus can shorten its lifespan.

Anyways, IIRC, you have a system with a R9 270, correct? If so, you could easily power it on a quality 400w. If you are having problems with your current 500w (forgot what it is), it not because 500w isn't enough but rather the PSU itself not good / defective.
