Gear VR Roller Coaster Review

I made a little review of my experience on a roller coaster in Atlanta that has implemented Gear VR headsets. My experience was a bit rough (my headset fell off on the ride) but I would love to hear other people's experiences!

This doesn't fall under our definition of "tech news", so I'm moving this to General Discussion for now.  I can understand the confusion with the subforum name being "Tech News and Reviews" but people reviewing products are kept here: https://linustechtips.com/main/forum/25-member-reviews/.  This however doesn't belong there either since in that section, videos are allowed but intended to be a supplement to a written article.

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Decent review. You have decent "stage personality" so to speak. I will say that I found the audio level of the video a tad quiet - it's totally fine when using my headphones, but my laptop speakers, maxed, in a relatively quiet room, made it slightly difficult to hear. This is a very minor nitpick though :P

As for the GearVR? Sounds like the rollercoaster staff and the setup definitely seems like it all needs work. I haven't had a chance to try GearVR yet personally. They had a demo at my local Bell Store (Bell is one of the big Mobile Phone/ISP/TV providers in Canada), but when I asked to try the demo, it was apparently broken

I would have loved to see a first person perspective of your rollercoaster experience, but understandably, not exactly something you can do with a random GearVR that's not even yours - I don't even know if it's possible at all to record GearVR?

Now - imagine a rollercoaster with the Rift and an SLI GTX 1080 type setup! That'd be something.
