IMovie has  a news template but if you look up blender news intros and download blender then the project file edit the text using the tab button then render animation you should be good to go

Do you have iMovie, because that has a news intro theme, at least I think so, I don't have any apple product so can't really check. If you dont have iMovie then try http://www.movietools.info/video-background-loops/news-a-studio-loops.html choose the desired theme and add you text in movie maker.

There are many free templates for different intros for different programs. You can usually change the text on these intros too. If you're gonna post this public on YouTube, many require/ask you to at least credit them in the description. If it's just for a school thing, I would just list it in the description of every news thing, just out of respect. You didn't make it yourself, so you should thank those who did.
