to be hones if you don't have to colour match use the ones you get with your case case fans don't normally affect temps much.

Good and Cheap doesn't usually go together.

I'm pretty sure they're fine, but I've never used them.

They perform alright but aren't quiet. 

Where are you using the fans? Where are you shopping/located and what's your budget?

Corsair LED fans are utter garbage. What's "cheap" in your book? The Aerocool DS 120mm red fans look beautiful, move a ton of air, and are very quiet when you use the LNC and control them with SpeedFan, but they're about $20 apiece. Well worth it imo.
