Looks like Anveo and PhonePower are the two main VoIP providers for OBi.

As for porting the number it's not too difficult, you just need a SIM card and then port the number to that sim and then away from it after a day or two.

I need a cheap service for my home phone. Anything unlimited and under $20 a month will probably do. I have been looking at ooma and magic jack and idk which one is better.

I think google has one, but not sure, I would check it out.

I would need one that In can plug in a landline into.

I have Vonage and it's pretty good. But I think pricing starts a bit over $20.

Get an OBi for like $50 off amazon, you can use Google Voice but you can plug a landline phone into it

I need 911 services as well. IDK if google voice has that.

Google voice doesn't offer it but you can add that for like $10/year. OBi actually has you signup for it when you setup the product through Anveo or another provider.

Where and how do I add that(on the site)? Also, do you know if I can port a landline number over to google voice?

Yah, when you setup the OBi you signup on their site and add services. One will be Google Voice and the other will be an E911 service. You can port a number to google voice pretty easily although sometimes providers like to be assholes about it, you can generally do it without much fuss.

So, can I port a landline from comcast to GV?

It's possible but there are some intermediary steps which involve porting it from Comcast to a cheap burner phone and then to google voice because for some reason they only take mobile numbers. There are other VoIP providers though you can use with OBi aside google voice.
