What's the best air cooling between Cooler Master Hyper 212X Turbo, Raijintek Themis Evo, and Raijintek Ereboros?

Can you make a comparison between 3 of them?

The Ereboss is the best of the 3. The 212x and Themis Evo aren't too different in performance.
