CASE FANS very loud

Recently got a new motherboard which is the ASUS A68HM Plus and connected everything up booted it. I have a NZXT S340 case and I have the default Fans and they started being loud ever since this new motherboard. Now I'm in the BIOS and the RPM is at 2800+ I don't knowhow to lower them and I need them to be quite please help.

you could probably use something like speedfan to lower them, not 100% sure on how to use it and there should also be an option in the BIOS to turn them down

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

2800 RPM is going to sound like a jet engine, as you know. Is there an option to change fan curves in BIOS? If not (even if there is, imo), SpeedFan is your friend.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
