I'm very close to push that "Order" button to buy all these components and monitor. Can i have confirmation everything is compatible?

I don't think i'll wait for the new AMD gpu's: I'm a casual gamer and i don't think i'll play VR any soon

1. I dont see any cpu cooler and

2. You dont wait so you can buy the new cards. You wait, cause prices will drop significantly, so the older cards can get the heck out of the shelves, and the new ones can take their place

And 3. Get an ssd, any will do and you can get one for around 40$. It will help if you install your os on it.

1. Will use the stock cooler as I wont overclock in any way

2. If the prices will drop more after AMD's new gpu's then I might do that .. (but I don't have much patience :( )

Shitty PSU, wait for the RX 480 or get an R9 390 instead. The RX 480 promises 390X/980 performance for $200 and if you can't wait that long (end of the month) then an R9 390 costs the same as or less than the 970 and performs better, just avoid Asus and Gigabyte. Here's a PSU list, choose from tiers 1 to 4 for your build:
