when making a bios flash floppy disk, do i just format the disk and put the file on it, or do I formatt it like a ms-dos disk?

Floopy Disk?? Just load the files onto it the mb will detect them.

on a serious note: pretty sure the system wont boot off of it when it's not formatted as an MS-DOS disk.
