'TUBS' Build - Sub 500 dollar workstation PC

This is 'the unnamed but super' build. It's a build. And it's cheap. And I need a name for it. And some help with the parts.

Basically, I want to make it cheaper. I was thinking about getting a really cheap but ok-ish GPU that could play some games, but I don't know what would be a good idea for that. Eventually, I do want to get an RX 480, but not right now. This is my first build for myself, though I've built for friends before. I'm also (probably) not changing the mobo as I got it for an amazing price. Give me suggestions and feedback, good or bad.

EDIT: Meant to put 600 dollar in title, but accidentally put 500.

EDIT 2: Making it 500 in a last-ditch effort to bring back everything lost.

Made a note that I'm using the Z9PA-D8, it just wasn't on PCPP, put the other one to estimate power.

OK, so changing the title broke everything, so if you said something, say it again because I have no clue what it is.
