First Build, Help Please!

So this is my first ever build, I don't know much about computers but I now have the funds and desperately want to build a gaming PC.

 

What do you think about this build? Any suggestions? My budget is around $1700.

Also, either get a used 980Ti for cheap or wait for the 1080 which outperforms it by quite a lot.

Thanks! Also I can't buy a 1080 because of my budget. Does everything else look okay? Also where would you recommend getting a used 980 TI? Amazon?
