So I was browsing through some tech store sites and I came across this.

orionx-blogpost.jpg

Yep, its a pre-built. Yes thats the brand new Phanteks enthoo elite. Yes thats three 1080s and it'll ship with a 6950x, I dont know when its available or what it'll cost but lets be honest there is no way on earth this is costing less than £10,000.

Btw I dont know if this is the right sub forum so move this post if need be

Performance wise it'll probably be one of the best gaming/workstations around. From a price to performance POV, nope, it'll be hopelessly overpriced to the point where it'll cost much more than a decent car.

Needs money for car parts :P

More than 2-way is just unsupported. You can unlock 3/4 way using a key from Nvidia.

They say on the site that in the picture its three 980 ti's because it was made before computex or something but when it ships it'll use 1080s

The watercooling looks like it could be worth 1000 pound alone

i could probably get a nice BMW for the price of that PC lol

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

Spoiler

Yup, premium parts everywhere, case is nearly 1k, top of the line components, custom hard-line watercooling and designed and overclocked by 8pack (or to his methodology at least)

Thats allot of time and effort and skill. you pay for what you get here though.. seen as pricey builds with less involved.

Just thought I'd add, these are built to order apart from a  display model or 2.. There are many boutique builders that do similar builds, especially on commission. So you get even more customisation...
