Mahmoud Omar

Hi, I have an i7-4790 non k version, most of the time I'm gaming and the average temperature for my cpu is around 37-44°C (IDLE) is it okay? and if it is not, I want to know what's the best cooler for it.

My build:-

CPU: i7-4790 3.6GHz

GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 G1 Gaming Windforce 3X

RAM: 16GB HyperX

HDD: 2TB WD

-----

Thanks.

on stock cooler that is fine. If you do game alot you should look at getting a better after market cooler like the Cooler Master Hyper 212.

If you have good vetilation the stock cooler is more than enough even at 100% load for prolonged periods, there is no need for a different cooler.
