Windows had to shut down?

Toasted Waffles

I've built my parents a gaming rig since my dad plays games. However the PC will once in a while just turn off only in sleep mode and then wake up with the message "Windows has unexpected shut down" or something along those lines. I'll list the specs below and sometimes the PC will turn back on from sleep and the system will be running but the monitor will not responded saying "no input detected".

This is the error that it says -

maybe upload us the BSOD dump?

Edit just googled dat error symptoms.. a few people are having problems when using Macros from any Razer Product. Do you own one at this PC? If so, dont use the Macros and see if it still crashes.. if it doesnt, reinstall the Razer drivers, or maybe even windows.

If it still crashes, you may upload us the DUMP files created by Windows.

No razer products on this machine, only a wireless keyboard and mouse.

I googled the issue as well and it seems that a lot of people are saying it may be due to specific drivers. Some have said try updating drivers and maybe you could reinstall your graphics drivers. Hope this helps!

I've updated all the drivers I can think of besides the chipset.

Upload the dump files from C:\Windows\Minidump to the forum in a compressed archive (.zip etc) and we can take a look at what caused it to crash.
