So I followed this guide on setting up an FTP server on my network: http://www.windowscentral.com/how-set-and-manage-ftp-server-windows-10

My problem is, when I try to connect to it on ES File Explorer on my Android phone, it doesn't find it. I've forwarded my ports, I've covered all my bases, I just can't seem to figure it out.

Firewall or you are not on the same network with your phone and computer/server :)

Ok, so it now connects, but I can't go into my user documents. Like, for the directory, I set it to my C:/ drive, but I cannot browse the files of my account.
