Questions About PSU & GPU

Hi,

I was wondering if you guys think my system's PSU will be able to handle the 1070 when it comes out as I really don't want to have to upgrade my PSU since I live in Canada so I already gotta save up probably like 6-700 dollars for the gpu itself. Any feedback from you guys is appreciated thanks.

 

My Specs: 

CPU: i5-4690k 4.3Ghz (Overclocked)

CPU Cooler: Hyper 212 EVO

Ram: 24GB

HDD: 1TB Toshiba

Motherboard: Msi z97 Pc Mate 

PSU: Corsair CS650M (650 WATTS)

 

Is this enough to run it currently I have a r9 270x inside my pc as a card and I read it only uses 180 watts.
