HELP FAST PLEASE! Ethernet not detected on new build?

Hey all, just finished building PC and getting Win10 set up, but it isn't recognising the Ethernet cable which has been plugged in (it's quite long, about 11m I'd estimate)?

What is a common solution for this?

edit - it doesn't say any cable at all is plugged in

You need the ethernet drivers go to the manufacturers site,  and find your board then download the ethernet drivers.   **you need to use another computer with Internet.
