Nerf drone project?

I wanna attach a nerf gun to a (flying) drone and be able to control the gun remotely mid-flight. I know I sound insane, but is it even possible? What would I need? Any specific drone that would work best? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Certainly doable. I've seen plenty of drones with Arduinos and Raspberry Pi's attached so just hook up something like a servo motor to those and make a mount for the nerf gun. Your biggest concern will be weight, though.

you can probably use VEX parts to do that, but thats heavy    but yeah that is certainly possible, but youll need a big drone or a tiny nerf gun

What you want is a larger frame and to attach the nerd gun to a camera gimbal. That way you can aim using the camera and adjust your aim using the gimbal. Although, it would probably be easier and lighter to build a custom air soft gun instead of a clunky nerf gun.
