Gazzilions (<slight hyperbole there) of them.

Linus does lots of build videos.  If you want more hand holding/explanations at (extreme) length try Carey Holzman.

It has been advanced that a "if the socket fits that's were it goes" level of knowledge is all that's needed.

Plug everything in

if you follow linus build guides it is pretty much explained

also your motherboard manual will help, its super easy though :)

Manuals are good. They list which cable you plug where, which way it goes etc. Usually you can't plug cables wrong way because the shape of them. Case wires are bit difficult, but with mobo manual and patience it will go well. Just remember to make sure everything is tight. Its not first nor last time when PC doesn't boot because of loose PSU cable.

yeah the motherboard manual (its also printed on the board) will explain where the cables from your PSU you, so the 24 pin, the 4pin CPU etc

You have the cables from the PSU that connect to the motherboard/components
24 Pin

4 Pin CPU

SATA Power
8Pin GPU Power (or whatever your GPU requires)

You have cables that go from the case to the motherboard

Front panel audio

Power switch/reset switch/leds

USB 3 etc

and the cables between components and motheboard, genreally SATA cables

thats just a quick basic example
