A cheap board might have crap VRMs and end up burning your CPU with poor voltage control

A cheap PSU (such as the Corsair CX series) can cause damage to your hardware in the event of failure or even start a house fire. I strongly advise you get a good quality PSU like a SeaSonic S12II/M12II, XFX TS, Antec HCG or EVGA GQ.

That doesn't work with the FX 6300 - only with Skylake (i* 6***)

nope the motherboard needs to be an am3+ board NOT LGA 1151

Unless you can get a R7 265/370 or 950 then go for the 750 TI
