If you're actually going to build this though, I would VERY highly recommend you save up for more like a $400 price point, at which you can get a way more solid experience. 

 

This is assuming it's for gaming, which you didn't specify. Otherwise the build would look a bit different.

Used parts. I'm building a PC for my younger brother. He doesn't need to do much on the machine just play games like CS:GO, TF2, L4D2 and games like that, at least 720p
