Will an APU + R7 250 (Dual Graphics) or a single R7 360 give me better performance?

My APU is an A8 7650K, and I'm looking at getting a graphics card to put in my system to up performance, but I'm not sure whether to go with the lower end 250 to get dual graphics, or the higher end 360 by itself.
Any advice would be appreciated :)

(I may overclock either gpu slightly, if that makes any difference)

500W PSU
2x4GB 1866 DDR3 (GSkill RipJaw)
ASRock AMD FM2+ FM2A68M-HD+

Going for the single R7 360 is what I would do. An APU offers very little performance compared to a dedicated GPU. Now, the R7 series isnt much good for anything other than like League of Legends and other basic titles, but its an ok card and I would recommend it over the APU and 250 combo.

Well they're basically the only two cards I've got experience with :P (They're also readily available from my local store - http://www.pbtech.co.nz/
I'm not entirely sure how well non AMD cards will go with my system.

My budget is somewhere below $200 NZD ($135 USD)

If I may ask, is there a better card that you know of which I could use in my system? (Under 135 USD? )

Brand of card is irrelevant. AMD GPUs work as well with Intel CPUs as the do with AMD ones. Same goes for Nvidia cards.

R7 370 for $129 USD Its a decent card that can at least play new games if you lower the settings a bit.

The R7 370 is a little too expensive for me to get in New Zealand at the moment, but I'll go through some of the other cards around my price range and see if any NVIDIA cards have better specs than the R7 360.

Thanks again

Oh boy does it suck!
Last year, I picked out all my PC parts on Amazon and NewEgg instead of my local store (About 15% cheaper in NZD), but when it came to shipping, it was more than half the cost of all the parts itself!
I decided the 15% discount wasn't worth :P
