I have a MSI GS60. Love it(opens door for ridicule). Anyway it has been working perfectly until about a month ago. I noticed the change when I fired up witcher 3. the game was lagging to no end. Civ 5 worked normal and everything else was normal. I then tried it a ftp game and it was also having problems I have downloaded the latest drivers but nothing. The specs are Intel i7-4710HQ with 16 Gb of ram and a Nividia GTX 860 with 2Gb of GDDR 5 and running windows 10 64-bit. Please help I want to play witcher again

This has been happening a lot recently with NVIDIA gpu's. what you need to do is get GPUZ and update your bios. This usually fixes it. If this isn't the issue it could mean reseating the GPU and power cables. good luck.

There seems to be a lot of problems with Haswell i7s not performing as well as they should be recently... I'm wondering if Intel didn't send out an update for the CPUs that messed everything up. If it is your GPU have you tried reverting back to some older drivers.. like the drivers that were released when Witcher 3 first came out.
