Can I intsall windows 10 with a usb?

Yup. Go to microsofts website and download the windows 10 bootable from there.

EDIT: It'll let you download a wizard that downloads and installs the files directly on to a connected USB drive. REALLY simple :)

I have my build but didn't want a optical drive because it's useless
