Hey my s6 edge does this in the screen shot and it's so annoying I can't use that feature  (I've got the phone yesturday) I used to be able to use it and now I can't for some weird reason. I've moved on from ios BTW! (Good move) I can't factory reset my phone as I've just added my banking app and other apps that's a pain in the ass putting back on. Any suggestions? Thanks!

OS updates have been known to break the edge screen app on the edge devices. Have you updated the OS or installed any new apps right before this started happening?

I've just updates the OS and updated MS Office.

Pretty sure that the OS update has broken the Edge screen. If I remember correctly, the Samsung apps are updated through their own store. Did you see if there were any updates for the edge screen there? Otherwise the only other option I could think of is to roll back the OS.

Hey, yeah I have thanks, it's uptodate.

Try resetting your cache partition by doing the following:

  • Turn off the phone
  • Press Power + Home + Volume Up simultaneously
  • Select "Wipe Cache Partition" (Volume buttons to navigate , home button to select)

If that doesn't work , well ... you'll have to factory reset your phone I'm afraid.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5800X GPU: Nvidia RTX 3080 12GB + Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VIII Hero

Case: Asus ROG Strix Helios Gundam Edition Power Supply: Asus ROG Thor 850P

Oh right I'll have a look for an update on their store.

I've just had a look on the samsung store and everyone is commenting saying that they're having the same problem so I'll have to wait for them to release an update.

This happened with the note edge when it updated to lolipop 5.1 about a year or so ago. I assumed the same thing was happening again.
