700 dollors I kinda wanna stick to nvidia cause there exclusives and tbh I have heard amazing things about this build

exclusives? I assume you refer to exclusive technologies, which hardly are ever used properly or have an AMD alternative that with more options and to no price premium.

Anything but an Asus 300 series pls. Coolers are shitty. Also, @TechGuyMark A 380 will outperform a 960 and 950 easily.

Get the R9 380. Don't get the ASUS or Gigabyte version of it. Also make sure to get the one with 4 GB of RAM and not 2.

...why? It's a non-K chip. If any upgrade is needed at all, a $10 downdraft cooler can handle it quietly.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

AMD has Radeon Software which is functionally identical but better looking.

And AMD has Rptr instead of Shadowplay but Shadowplay is superior to Rptr. True alternatives to Shadowplay is GameDVR which comes pre-installed with windows 10 (not even touching on the countless other recording and streaming clients there are)
