Witcher 3- expansion pass

Greetings.

The new DLC for The Witcher 3, 'Blood and Wine', is due to release in about ten days, and I don't have the first one, 'Hearts of Stone' either. On the list of DLCs on Steam, I noticed that I could purchase both 'Hearts of Stone' and 'Blood and Wine' individually, as well as an expansion pass that 'grants access' to both 'adventures'.

My question is- if I buy the expansion pass, will I have access to both DLCs? Or will I have to pay for the DLCs themselves as well? (the latter would be quite the bummer).

Regards,
Aereldor.

It says you get both in the description of the pass

The Expansion Pass secures your access to two epic adventures set in the vibrant world of monster hunter Geralt of Rivia.

Hearts of Stone is already available, while Blood and Wine is slated for release in the first half of 2016
