LAN does not work
Go to solution
Solved by Donut417,
Try disabling the adapter in Device Manager and re enable it. Might even try a reboot of your computer. Ive seen that help. Also try another networking cord. I had a cord that only allowed me to get 10Mbps even though it was able to support 1000Mbps connection. It was caused by a bad cable. Also: Does it show you as connected but you have no internet? Are you issued an IP Address? Does the Address start with 192.168.X.X, or is it a different type of address? I would also try opening the Cmd Prompt. Type in Ping 127.0.0.1. This pings the internal network card. Maybe its just defective, if you get any loss packets then its a bad adapter.
