Does order of 10 challenge is for India also?

After reading rules I can see that there no name of Asian countries in the rules specified in The Order of 10 Challenge:

Does this means this challenge is for only countries specified in the rules or it is for Asian countries also?

Very sad, Nvidia has their offices in India also but not this challenge very sad.

Its most likely because the way giveaway/gambling/lottery laws in other countries work. So it would be harder to get permissions to run such things. Not really Nvidias fault in that sense.
