Budget for monitor is around £400 mark because am looking for a 2k or 4k monitor, the only switch I've tried is the razer green switch but other than that, I dont have any favorite.

For gpu, you can check my profile for my other forum post about my soon to be pc.

for 400 pounds i would go with this:

http://skinflint.co.uk/acer-predator-xb270hudbmiprz-um-hb0ee-d01-a1342858.html?hloc=uk

for your keyboard i would maybe go into a store and try out some switches because it really comes down to personal preference. mx blue's are very popular but loud if this is a problem for you.

for mice. razer had some quality issues in the last years, i personally own an original deathadder but from all i heard i wont go with razer again. logitech has some pretty sweet mice like the g502 or g900

*EDIT: if you want better colours you could go with this ips model too:

I'm looking to buy some peripherals for my new setup, includes monitor, mouse, keyboard and mouse pad.

I'm a rather big fan of razer mouses, I currently own a naga 2014 edition, since I dont play MMO's anymore am looking for a mouse and mouse pad more suited to FPS games like cs:go and battlefield.
For keyboards am thinking of razer Blackwindow x, but not sure on the ten keyless one or not, and for the monitor whats a good one for fps gaming?

Both those monitors are in the range am looking for, but when checking the prices of those only one is £409 (First link) and the other is £500. So would it be worth spending the extra money and getting for ROG swift for extra £50-£100 more? A lot of reviews of the ROG swift series are that they are the best you can buy, one am looking at is https://www.asus.com/uk/Monitors/ROG_SWIFT_PG278Q/overview/ but I cant find anything saying its IPS.

the rog swift is one of the best tn panels but its still tn. when it comes to colours ips is just better and when your video/photo editing this is important.

im doing a full build for at the moment.
