Hey,

I was hoping someone here would be able to give me some advice. I've had issues with my computer turning on. When it's running everything is fine but to turn it on I have to hold the switch down and flick the power switch on the PSU up and down till it lights up. Sometimes it will power up and sometimes a light will come on by the first PCIe slot on my motherboard. Does anyone know if it would be the power supply that is causing the problem or is it potentially the 2 power pins on the Mobo. I tried connecting my psu to another pc and i had to do the same process to turn that one on too.

Sorry for the wall of text.

Thanks

Lukas

if you removed the psu variable from your pc since you had the same problem on an other computer, you know it is the problem of the psu. so i think you need to buy a better quality psu.

Sounds like an iffy PSU.

My account is almost entirely dormant. Hope you all are having a grand time. Many years of fun were had here.
