fan control software

is there any software I can use to control fans on my lapotp? its really loud and its annoying.  I have a HP dv7 on windows 10.  PS: Coolsense is dead from windows 10 and the fan flucuates like crazy even when in the low 60s and just staying there according to HWmonitor

You can create custom fans curves, go check about Jaytwocent newest video.

HWInfo Allows you to control the FAN Speed + custom fan Speed During Different temperature. But it depends on your laptop model that if its gonna work or not.
