S340 paint quality

I was thinking about buying a Black and Red nzxt s340, I Love the way this case looks but heard complaints about the paint job. I also found a reddit post from 2015 where people stated that the customer service was sending out better side panels if you were to open a support ticket. 

So I was wondering whether you can only get an improved paint job if you ask them for a new panel, or if they have changed their way of painting so the paint doesn't scratch so easily. Would love to here some feedback from people who bought the case in 2016. Thanks so much!

the outside doesnt scratch easily, its like car paint, very durable

the paint on the inside (matte black) does scratch more easily

i dont think they will repaint stuff just for you

Sorry for the miscommunication, I thought they might have changed their way of painting after two years because of complaints. The red and black version is finished in a matte paint so I guess that scratches easily, maybe I'll go with the p400 then.
