That is odd have you removed the cooler?

I have an Anet A8 as my project printer and a i3 MK3 for when I want things to work. 

 

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

Possibly a issue with the temp monitoring software try a different one such as Hwmonitor

that is not your CPU temperature

that is under the motherboard category

those temp sensors are all over the motherboard

 

the CPU temp is under "intel core i5" tab and is fine at 40C

 

some part of your motherboard is at 103C or it may be a faulty temp sensor

A temp on the motherboard of 103°C must definitely be a faulty sensor. :D If he gets that on the PCH or wherever this is I would be worried.
