Ok, so I have only a small amount of money and so I am currently bidding on a few items on ebay rather than paying full price if possible. However it has just dawned on me that if I win all the bids (highly unlikely), am I able to deny some of the items I have won since I wont have enough money to pay for it all?

Note, I have searched the internet and I cant find anything on this subject.

Yes you can say no but generally it is considered rude to do this.

I extrude my own filament and haven't saved a penny yet.

It's rude to cancel your order after you win a bidding war, it makes the seller have to re-list the item and wait a few more days to sell it. Just be patient and bid when you have money to win.

You won't get banned, though. Or mocked. Just thought down upon by the person selling the item.

Oh ok. Its just that Ive seen so many items going for so cheap on bidding with very little time left (about 5 days) and if I dont get it because of someone else getting it then I shall be very sad.

No, you can change your mind, it just makes you look like a prick to the seller. Other than that there aren't any repurcussions.

Though as someone who sells on eBay and has had this happen to them: don't be that guy. Nobody likes that guy.
