Dual-Monitor, GPU & IGPU

hey all

anyone know how to force a program to open on a secondary monitor, being run by a gpu, while being started from the desktop, which is being run on the igpu?

what's the point in having two monitors, hooked up to a gpu and an igpu, if we cant tell which program to be launched where?

besides the obvious of connecting one more monitor?

Some program are smart enough that you can pick which monitor you want them to display in. Or once they open up and are moved to a certain monitor they will continue to open there. That's what I do anyway.
