Syncing music wirelessly

What is the best way to sync media ( from a specific folder) wirelessly from a windows PC to an Android device? 

 

i am looking for functionality similar to iTunes, which was great. If anyone can tell me the name of an app they use and trust for this purpose, or any other method, please do let me know.

There's plenty of Applications on the app store that advertise this, quickly searching google will give you a hand in finding some:

im aware of google..i wanted to know what everyone else uses..so I dont have to go through the usual routine of checking, failing,, and then checking again

I don't even sync music over to my phone, I just use Sound Cloud and Spotify.

I usually just have my music on my NAS and serve it from there... and if I want to have it actually on my phone if it can't be streamed, then I'll copy it over from my server whilst at home just using ES file explorer.

I've used Bittorrent Sync for this in the past. Works ok, but they tend to make it harder to use on every update, so I returned to USB sync.
